Conference Fee

Conference fee covers conference coffee breaks and workshop materials. Payments should be made in your personal online registration page.

Early Conference fee: until July 31, 2019

  • 7000 Rubles (~90 €)
  • 3500 Rubles (~45 €) for undergraduate and PhD students

Late Conference fee: August 1 - September 15, 2019

  • 10000 Rubles (~130 €)
  • 5000 Rubles (~65 €) for undergraduate and PhD students



Methods of payment services

All payments can be made through the personal area.

Payment of the registration fee and other services can be made in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer (for legal entities)
  • Bank transfer (for individuals)
  • Bank card
  • Online payment

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Payment by Bank transfer (for legal entities)
    • Log in to your personal area.
    • Select the "orders and payments" section.
    • Check the boxes next to the orders you want to pay for.
    • Click on the "Bank transfer (legal entities)".
    • In the new window, enter the data of your organization in the empty cells (full name of the organization, INN, index, city, legal address).
    • Then press the "save" button.
    • The system will automatically generate an invoice for payment by Bank transfer.

    Original documents (Invoice and Certificate of completion) will be issued upon registration during the Congress. Issuance of original accounting (closing) documents is carried out only upon presentation of a power of Attorney with the seal of the organization issued in the name of the participant and signed by the head of the organization.

  2. Payment by Bank transfer (for individuals)
    • Log in to your personal area.
    • Select the "orders and payments" section.
    • Check the boxes next to the orders you plan to pay for.
    • Click the "Bank transfer (individual)" button.
    • After that, the system will automatically generate a file with a receipt for payment.
    • This receipt must be printed out and paid through the Bank.

    Changes to the printed receipt are not allowed. After receipt of funds to the account of Monomax LLC, a written notification will be sent to the e-mail address of the participant. The receipt will be the counterfoil of the receipt order.

  3. Payment by credit card (payment agreement)
    • In your personal area, select the "orders and payments" section.
    • Check the boxes next to the services you are going to pay for.
    • Click the payment agreement button.
    • The system will generate a file for you with the agreement on payment by credit card.

    • Upon receipt of your Fax, the amount specified in the agreement will be charged to your credit card. You will receive payment confirmation and cash receipt upon registration at the event.
  4. Online payment
    • In your personal area, select the "orders and payments" section.
    • Check the boxes next to the services you are going to pay for.
    • Click the "online payment" button.
    • You will be redirected to the website of the AssistTM payment system using a secure SSL connection.
    • Further, following the instructions, you can pay for your chosen services by credit card. You will receive payment confirmation and cash receipt upon registration.

    Please note: only VISA Classic and MasterCard cards are accepted for online payments. Payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. Your confidential data (personal and Bank) does not go to the online store, and no one can get the customer data.When working with card data, the international standard of information security - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is used, which ensures the safe processing of Bank card details and guarantees the security of transactions by using the protocols Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
